This website collects information only when you choose to submit it through one of our forms. Specifically:

  • Project inquiry form: your name, email address, organization, type of work, estimated volume, deadline, security requirements, preferred pricing structure, and any details you include in your message.
  • Capability statement request: your name, organization, and work email address.
  • Submission metadata: the date and time of submission and which form the submission came from.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioral profiles of visitors.

How we use your information

Submitted information is used solely to:

  • respond to your inquiry and discuss potential or ongoing work;
  • deliver the capability statement you requested;
  • maintain a record of business correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists. If we ever offer an optional update list, it will require explicit opt-in.

How information is handled and stored

Form submissions are delivered to our business email address and stored in our business email system. Access is limited to personnel who need it to respond to your inquiry.

This site is hosted and delivered over encrypted HTTPS connections. Third-party infrastructure providers used to host the site and deliver email notifications process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed for business and recordkeeping purposes, and delete or anonymize them on request where we are not required to retain them.

Client data is separate from this website

Documents, records, and data processed under a client engagement are never transmitted through or stored on this website. Client work is performed through client-approved systems under the terms of the applicable agreement, including any HIPAA, confidentiality, or security requirements defined by the client.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@liminalframeworkllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

This website is intended for business and organizational use and is not directed to children.
