Liminal organizes that information, performs the agreed reporting calculations, builds the visualizations, verifies the finished report against the supplied source information, and delivers the package.
Liminal is not a consultancy and does not interpret your business performance or recommend actions. We do not independently collect, audit, investigate, or reconstruct underlying operational data unless separately scoped. The report reflects the information and requirements you provide or authorize.
Founder / Key Personnel Experience
Relevant quality and operations background
The founder brings four years of healthcare-program quality assurance experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment, evaluating customer interactions and casework against client-established SOPs, policies, approved scorecards, and scoring requirements. Healthcare is background experience, not a limit on who the service is for.
Experience includes quality scoring, SOP and scorecard compliance review, defect identification, corrective actions, trend analysis, calibration, coaching support, escalations, documentation, performance monitoring, concurrent programs, and client-facing calibration leadership. Approximately eight years of prior pharmacy technician experience adds familiarity with medication access, pharmacy operations, prescription support, and healthcare workflows.
